How can I pay for the yearbook/ad?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

When can I expect to receive my yearbook?
Distribution of yearbooks is the sole responsibility of the school. When making your purchase, you can view distribution details by scrolling to the bottom of the school's order page. Detailed distribution information will be listed in red. Additionally, you will receive an e-mailed confirmation of your order immediately after your online order is completed which will include a copy of the distribution information for your school.

If I do not attend the school, can I still order a yearbook/ad?
Yes.

My address will be changing very soon, how do I change my address so the yearbook goes to the right address?
If you know your new address and are certain it will be in effect by the distribution date for the book (see question 2, above) you should enter that info into the shipping address form when placing your order. If you're uncertain when you will be moving, or you do not know your new address, you should contact the school directly as soon as you have confirmed your new address and/or date of occupancy (See the first paragraph of Still Have Questions, below).

How do I know for certain that my order has been received?
Immediately after completing your order and your credit card has been processed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation at the address you have supplied in your order. This confirmation will include your order number,  distribution information, the total amount that was charged to your credit card, and a list of the items purchased.

How do I change my order?
If details entered in your order must be changed after the order has been processed, you must contact the school directly. Please see the instructions for contacting your school under Still Have Questions, below.

How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason and less than seven (7) days have passed since the date of the order, you can contact us here. Please have your order number ready when you call. Your order number can be found on the confirmation e-mail you received when placing your order.
If more than seven (7) days have passed since the date of your order, you must contact the school directly. Please see the the instructions for contacting your school under Still Have Questions, below.
